What forms of payment do you accept?

Is this covered by insurance?
Alpha Life Style Center is not a medical clinic. We do not accept insurance. You can use a Flex Spending or Health Savings Account to pay for our program.
Is it guaranteed?
Recovery from an addictive substance cannot be guaranteed. However GET FIT TO QUIT includes a program repeat within 6 months of enrollment which is our guarantee to keep working with you in case a slip-up occurs while you are learning to become a nonsmoker. We encourage individuals to return for a “booster” if unmanageable feelings about smoking return in order to prevent a relapse.
What is a booster?
A booster is a modified laser treatment available to you at no cost within 8 weeks of your appointment and is only effective if you HAVE NOT smoked. One booster is included Boosters are available at any time thereafter for a nominal fee, provided you are still nicotine-free.

TTS’s are certified individuals who have demonstrated a high level of proficiency in the treatment of tobacco dependence.
